Dóra Kristín's works consist of water colour paintings, abstract pieces and art inspired by nature, including sculptures made of driftwood. The forces of nature and the supernatural are the forces that lead her in the flow when creating her art work. Dóra Kristín graduated from The Icelandic School of Art and Crafts in 1982.

Dóra was an art teacher for more than 20 years, and has held private and group exhibitions both home and abroad. She is a member of The Association of Icelandic Visual Artists.
